THE COVERT HARASSMENT OF UFO RESEARCHER TONY TOPPING
I am very much a lone wolf with my work, the account of my harassment is not new and began in 1999 I would like to thank to date all the media who have assisted in some small way to bring this story of corruption, and cover up to the surface. Regardless of the ridicule one will face, I am correct in thinking we are as a human race being warned of the direction we are taking, that all people, and all nations, and all leaders of the so called democratic world must stop, pause and think of the direction we as a race are heading down. Certain researchers have been persecuted for discovering we are not alone, for trying to learn more. Facing impossible odds, a biased media and a controlling group that has been in place for nearly forty years in charge of the UFO cover up, I sometimes wonder if it is all worth it. If you think that this does not go on, that is the figment of a wild imagination, then please think again. I tried over the period of years during the Blair administration to constantly raise the alarm over what was happening, I was taken to hell and back. What is worrying is that Eisenhower was correct, a monster has arisen behind the scenes, the people who serve it have no idea of it's true agenda and plan for the human race that is truly ancient & alien in scope. We are being warned continually from the skies above, by people, we have chosen to portray wrongly in our media. It is time we understood and learn't from all this, and that perhaps includes me.

The asset would scream in anger in quiet moments, a silent scream of anger, he would scream the scream of a tortured man. On the other hand, was it a thousand tortured men, his hands would tear at his hair in frustration fists would bang into walls, as voices remotely generated invaded the asset's mind, nothing was safe, nothing was private, his mind belonged to them, Majestic, Majority Illuminati it mattered not when you were seriously contemplating throwing yourself off the local railway bridge into the flowing river below, a blissful release, and a huge mistake if he had of hit the water, a mistake  for the soul of a good but tortured man to pass over to the other side.


The asset recalled being awoken at three in the morning, by a synthetic voice booming into his head, that he would do them all a favor by killing himself, was what the voice said. What had he done, what was he going to do that provoked such savage invasion of his mind. For the group who controlled him was going all out to obtain the child from him, a child ? why ? for what reason ?, the reason was one that eluded him, yet it was common at the height of the mind control for telephone numbers for the asset to call to be broadcast to him. Is this some bizarre dream, some fictional world he was living in, it was not, it was a real living hell?.


The asset was me caught in a game I did not understand.
At the time of writing this article, Tony reflects on the years gone by, and the horrendous, horrific harassment that he received. The world relies on proof of evidence, where is the evidence of what has happened to Tony, unfortunately the technology deployed on Tony and the nature of the harassment he receives leaves no trace, a useful term for it is Zero Evidence Weapons Technology. It leaves no trace but it's effects are lethal and there is no doubt that this sinister mind control technology is already in place. The new government that was recently elected in the UK, will be unaware of this story, as the case for Gary Mckinnon goes on the little known story of psychiatric abuse with advanced mind control technology against Tony Topping is perhaps met with a mute silence. "I believe that you believe", said one, and so a continual gauntlet of false memory syndrome, and a thousand and one other excuses to deny, deny, and further deny, that such events go on continue. Tony has been subjected to the most horrendous abuses using electronic technology. The perps, as they could be called, are also hard at work harassing other UFO researchers, and that is where the bottom line is. For despite media comedy curtain on the UFO subject, in real life researchers are being persecuted and harassed. The people who did this identified themselves as the"Police Of The Silence". One of many remarks artificially transmitted to Tony as mysterious UFO objects came over his house which catapulted him into an international game of chess that he did not understand, with forces unknown among us. A number of amusing stunts were performed on Tony by these corrupt people. Let us clearly state that to label all of those who work in the intelligence community as being in favor of performing these crimes with mind control is not correct, although the subject of mind control was fully funded by the CIA and MI6 in the UK. The army in the UK experimented with IRA prisoners in Northern Ireland in the seventies, by placing hoods on the victims heads,and playing noise to disorientate through head phones. This of course was denied by the government of the time. The CIA operated an extensive operation of experimentation under MKULTRA and the hideous Project Monarch mind control programme, some concern has arisen among certain researchers, regarding the occult symbolism and Monarch programming seen in certain music industry pop videos. The symbolism includes mirrors, shattering of personality, anti christian themes, and secret society signals in the videos. This is not a coincidence in anyway. Definition and Description

“The name MONARCH is not necessarily defined within the context of royal nobility, but rather refers to the monarch butterfly. When a person is undergoing trauma induced by electroshock, a feeling of light-headedness is evidenced; as if one is floating or fluttering like a butterfly. There is also a symbolic representation pertaining to the transformation or metamorphosis of this beautiful insect: from a caterpillar to a cocoon (dormancy, inactivity ), to a butterfly (new creation) which will return to its point of origin. Such is the migratory pattern that makes this species unique. Occultic symbolism may give additional insight into the true meaning. Psyche is the word for both “soul” and “butterfly” coming from the belief that human souls become butterflies while searching for a new reincarnation. Some ancient mystical groups, such as the Gnostics, saw the butterfly as a symbol of corrupt flesh. The “Angel of Death” (remember Mengele?) in Gnostic art works was portrayed crushing the butterfly. A marionette is a puppet that is attached to strings and is controlled by the puppet master, hence MONARCH programming is also referred to as the “Marionette Syndrome.” “Imperial Conditioning” is another term used, while some mental health therapists know it as “Conditioned Stimulus Response Sequences.” Project MONARCH could be best described as a form of structured dissociation and occultic integration, carried out in order to compartmentalize the mind into multiple personalities within a systematic framework. During this process, a Satanic ritual, usually including Cabalistic mysticism, is performed with the purpose of attaching a particular demon or group of demons to the corresponding alter(s). Of course, most skeptics would view this as simply a means to enhance trauma within the victim,  negating any irrational belief that demonic possession actually occurs.”

Alters and Triggers

Another way of examining this convoluted victimization of body and soul is by looking at it as a complex computer program: A file (alter) is created through trauma, repetition and reinforcement. In order to activate (trigger) the file, a specific access code or password (cue or command) is required. The victim/survivor is called a “slave” by the  programmer/handler, who in turn is perceived as “master” or “god.” About 75% are female, since they possess a higher tolerance for pain and tend to dissociate easier than males. Subjects are used mainly for cover operations, prostitution and pornography; involvement in the entertainment industry is notable.  A former military officer connected to the DIA, told this writer, “In the ‘big picture’ these people [MONARCH victims] are in all walks of life, from the bum on the street to the white-collar guy”. In corroboration, a retired CIA agent vaguely discussed the use of such personnel to be used as “plants” or “chameleons” for the purpose of infiltrating a designated group, gathering information and/or injecting an ulterior agenda. There are an inordinate amount of alters in the victim/survivor with numerous back-up programs, mirrors and shadows. A division of light-side (good) and dark-side (bad) alters are interwoven in the mind and rotate on an axis. One of the main internal structures, (of which their are many) within the system is shaped like a double-helix, consisting of seven levels. Each system has an internal programmer which oversees the “gatekeeper” (demons?) who grant or deny entry into the different rooms. A few of the internal images predominately seen by victims/survivors are trees, the Cabalistic “Tree of Life,” with adjoining root systems, infinity loops, ancient symbols and letters, spider webs, mirrors or glass shattering, masks, castles, mazes, demons/monsters/aliens, sea shells, butterflies, snakes, ribbons, bows, flowers, hour glasses, clocks, robots, chain-of-command diagrams and/or schematics of computer circuitry boards. In the UK certain elements of this hidden group & also in the US had noted the placing of Tony's web page etlife.co.uk on his internet site, and some very bizarre going's on started to happen for Tony, as is clearly seen on his Youtube Page  UFOs and helicopters began to show up over the roof tops of Tony's housing estate, people on the estate would report UFOs being chased by jets. Mental atrocities were committed against him, the like of which would, activities included the synthetic delivery using an advanced form of radio/biological signaling at Tony.

 Que the comedy curtain about people who think they have intelligence people beaming at their heads with hi tech technology.

 Laugh and then get over it, because what is happening here with the technology used on Tony may at some point be implemented upon a compliant mainstream society. Much perhaps to the shock of many, Tony was awoken from sensations of defecation of his bed, urination of his bed, alarm clock sounds, persuasion to do things he did not want to do, indications he was insane, and that although they had caused him to nearly crack up, he needed the help of the people causing this. Awoken especially in the early hours from voices screaming at him, awoken with commands to go to the toilet, followed into pubs, once the agents were in place in the pub, they would then subtlety remark on the torture being dished out, and then attempt to gain his attention. A common ruse by one as described in Tony's book introduction was to gain eye contact via a mirror. In the world of Monarch mind control mirrors are symbolic of alter personalities. Tony it appears had become the victim of some type of mind control operation, that linked into keeping the silence about his UFO encounters.

Of further fascination is the approach made by Tony by a former UK special forces operative, his identity cannot be given, and verification of this story is difficult, the man indicated he had a cosmic clearance he was ex Royal Navy, and indicated an incident not seen anywhere in UFO research involving a Soviet submarine, and his monitoring of it being in communication of three UFO targets that hovered above the sub for over 20-25 minutes. No action was taken by NATO, but the situation was monitored.

Commonly anything to do with mind control was referred to by his team as Mike Kilo (MKULTRA). He then proceeded to talk of a project in the UK similar to MKULTRA, that involved the reading of human thought signatures into a computer from telephone taps, this project was called SILENT SOUND. The UK and the US were well ahead in the eighties with this research.

In the Bourne trilogy Jason Bourne (David Webb) becomes the victim of a classified and corrupt research programme called TREADSTONE. Very similar to the CIA MKULTRA programme for the training of assassins, Tony was subjected to some type of classified research programme, it is his opinion that he was illegally experimented on, a shocking incident of attack happened in January 2001, when he was subjected to a type of mind invasive technology that involved stabbing sensations to the head, and artificial images of being stabbed in the head. He awoke from this, but the sensation is odd, because part of the mind is kept what appears to be awake while asleep. This can also cause sleep deprivement as well as depression and suicidal thinking. All the the time Tony's harasser kept the pressure on him, including two incidents with an unmarked helicopter.

No apology can be made that a UFO had appeared over the houses on Tony's estate and would keep appearing in the months of 1999. It was back then that Tony's harassment had begun and the cause was this UFO OBJECT


CGI expert who has worked on movie special effects has this observation to make on this UFO. This is one good piece of footage to start with the lights are strobing something a convential aircraft does not do, the close up against the tree helped for analysis, well done for pulling it back, it allowed me to see that not only does it hover, strobe, (Pulse it's Lights). But it can move at a grand rate of speed at 180 degrees it's original direction, as for extra lights, they could be seen as shooting stars and high altitude aeroplanes however they do have some attraction to the main object- I'll go out on a limb and say they look like they have an involvement with the main object.

It would appear that others were also being attracted to Tony's strange UFO going's on and here Tony explains the helicopter incident that has caused much debate

There is also a second helicopter incident that involves UFOs and the helicopter arriving circling the garden, note the helicopter will be buzzed by the UFO craft above and below it. Tony calls this Ye Olde Helo Incident

 Note the naiviety of Tony's commentary, as he would in the year 2007 be attacked by one of these flying objects, it is always lethal to assume you know what you are filming, and it is then the helicopter arrived.

A few years back with Tony at the end of his tether being attacked night and day, by this mysterious technology and also followed, he wondered if he should raise the alarm, in the hope someone may pay attention to what was happening to him, and so in a bold move he picked up the phone to the Security Service, he had not got a clue if anyone would realise that something was going on behind the scenes off radar of the security services, or even if the security services were causing this. No reaction appeared to come from the Security Service on the issue, and so Tony battled on regardless, knowing however that he was still being watched. In a film project that was never made regarding Tony's story former MI5 Officer David Shayler comments on what has happened to him and Tony. David has it appears now seeked his own path, was David also targetted by mind control a number of people in the UFO research community have.

Pages could be written here regarding Tony and the covert harrassment he has received, it is felt that the audio clips speak a thousand words, the ordeal he went through is shocking, and so this article has been written to be as light as possible, so that people can do more research. After the clip of Alec talking of his harrassment is played on Talksport, Nick Pope Decides to debunk and left Tony very angry, as, as is often the case people who are involved in the UFO subject are not always on your side. Well done to Ian Collins of adding a counter balance to this argument. Tony once again clashes with Nick regarding the UFO Cover Up On Talksport, Nick is a man Tony loves to hate. At the highest levels of the MOD there appears

discussing his UFO Encounters an amazing interview many scientists it appears are having UFO encounters. Despite a media that looks the other way, the UFO subject is considered to be of the highest classification.
